The presentation of the 2026-2027 cohort of researchers in residence at the Collegium was held on Monday 5 October 2026 in the presence of Nathalie Dompnier, President of the ComUE Université de Lyon.

The researchers in residence successfully presented their research projects in 180 seconds to a large audience of representatives and members of ComUE institutions.

The 19th cohort of the Collegium de Lyon is distinguished by its interdisciplinary richness and a balanced distribution between the humanities and social sciences and the exact sciences.

The humanities and social sciences are represented by researchers specialising in literature, geography, theatral studies, communication studies, archaeology, history, film and media studies, philosophy and political science.

In the exact sciences, the Collegium welcomes researchers in virology, biology, public health, medicine, transport engineering, cognitive sciences, food engineering, computer science, neuroscience and physics.

The researchers in residence will conduct their work in close collaboration with 20 laboratories in the Lyon Saint-Étienne metropolitan area. They come from all over the world: Brazil, Canada, Germany, Greece, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Morocco, Romania and the United States.
