With the direct election, for the first time in 2020, of the councilors of the Lyon Metropolis the organic link that united the metropolis and the municipalities of its territory is now legally severed.
The purpose of this conference is to take stock of the various consequences of this electoral reform, in regards to the new political power relations resulting from the elections of last year, the internal functioning of the metropolis and the refounding of its relations with the municipalities and its residents, now directly represented in institutions.

Registrations are compulsory. A simultaneous retransmission on the Youtube channel of the University of Lyon 2 will be available at this address.
