On the occasion of its 30th anniversary, IFEAC has organized a two-day conference in Paris after the November 2023 celebrations in Bishkek.(Kirghizistan).
As part of the session dedicated to comparative approaches between the countries of Central Asia and other regions of the world, Zhanna Karimova, a fellow of the Collegium de Lyon 2023-24, presented her research: "Studying the stories of women in the Gulag: the challenges of sensitive terrain".
