2027-2028 USP/Collegium Fellowships
From September 15, 2026 to November 30, 2026
The Institute for Advanced Study (IEA) at the University of Lyon is pleased to announce a call for applications for research stays as part of the multi-year partnership between the University of São Paulo (USP) and the Collegium de Lyon. The stays will run for a semester from either September 2027 to January 2028 or February to June 2028.
The USP Fellowship includes:
- all-inclusive housing (excluding household insurance) in our residence on the ENS de Lyon campus, and assistance with administrative formalities;
- Academic integration into the Collegium's interdisciplinary cohort of international fellows in residence, with participation in the weekly internal seminar and other scientific activities;
- Payment by USP of a mobility grant.
It is open to full professors affiliated to the USP, with no restrictions on discipline.

- research proposal and work plan,
- letter of consent from the Head of Department or Dean of the home Unit of the professor at USP
- letter from the director of the research unit of one of the institutions in the Lyon-Saint-Étienne academic ecosystem that will host the selected candidate.
