Danilo Saretta Verissimo : Ecrits sur la phénoménologie de la perception

Spatialité, corps, intersubjectivité et culture contemporaine

There are various ways of exploring and understanding the way in which phenomenology describes perception, and how this can shed light on the concrete concerns of people living in the 21st century. Discussions emerge about the links between perception and action, perception and consciousness, perception and desire. The dynamics of perception in terms of passivity and activity are also highlighted, as is the place of the body and the social world in questions about the phenomenon of perception. In this book, the author delves into these themes, determined to examine the foundations of the phenomenology of perception and its consequences from a conceptual matrix that privileges precisely the bodily and active nature of perception.
