As part of the international colloquium "Citing, editing, rewriting: reception and representation of fragmentary Latin poetry", organised by the Université Grenoble Alpes from 4 to 6 December 2024, Ian Goh, researcher in residence at the Collegium, will present his research: "Silence and Sentiment in the Lucilian Corpus: Meanings and Repercussions".

Ian Goh is a Senior Lecturer in Classics at Swansea University. He studied at Harvard and Cambridge and has published extensively on the literary genres of Roman verse satire and Latin love elegy.
He is a 2024-25 Fellow of the Collegium de Lyon.
