As part of the international colloquium "Citing, editing, rewriting: reception and representation of fragmentary Latin poetry", organised by the Université Grenoble Alpes from 4 to 6 December 2024, Ian Goh, researcher in residence at the Collegium, will present his research: "Silence and Sentiment in the Lucilian Corpus: Meanings and Repercussions".
Ian Goh is a Senior Lecturer in Classics at Swansea University. He studied at Harvard and Cambridge and has published extensively on the literary genres of Roman verse satire and Latin love elegy.He is a 2024-25 Fellow of the Collegium de Lyon.
