Zhanna Karimova : Ethics and methodology of research in sensitive terrain, the case of Gulag political prisoners

The Continuing Education Department of the Anthropology, Sociology and Political Science Department at the Université Lumière Lyon 2 is delighted to welcome Zhanna Karimova as part of a new series of lectures on themes related to its courses.

Zhanna Karimova  (Dr. in sociology) is a chief research fellow at the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies and acting associate professor at the Academy of Public Administration in Kazakhstan. .  She is a 2023-24 Fellow of the Collegium de Lyon.
